I did mean to add one thing. Love the texture in the background. What did you use to put that in? Might have looked cool on the uniform in some spot?

Wow this is good. Nice job on the colors. She looks totally different with all you've done to her. If I had to pick anything maybe some work on the fur on the uniform. And the texture is Ok here but I would have used warp maybe and bent it up wards maybe in a small smile shape, then expanded the shape and used the liquify tool to "wrap" it around her. But this is a good image none the less. Went into my wallpapers here. Nice job.
