From left to right Lieutenant (junior grade) T'Lass, Lieutenant Commander Romy Minako, Lieutenant (junior grade) Trish Colby and Ensign Dalis.
T'Lass is the Drake science officer, Romy is the first officer and doubles as Helm, Trish is the Security Chief and Dalis is the Communication Officer.
The story starts in 2271 in an alternate universe, whose main deviation is that the TMP uniforms never saw the light and a modified version of the TOS uniforms is used (until the maroon jackets are adopted a few years down the line)
