Revisiting the DC-Hanna Barbara ethnic expansion of the 80's...beginning with Apache Chief. Of course now he just gets bit parts on shows like Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law and Family Guy.

Very good integration of textures and aptmosphere throughout. Not a quick one-off to be certain!

before I read your description, I couldn't remember his name. And now I have "Captain Caaayaaavvveeeee Mayaaannnnnnn" stuck in my freaking brain.

I like this. I agree with Star that it does look like a manip, but it is still good. I like the way the one dude in the bottom right hand corner is reacting. Nice little touch.

this is pretty good render work as well as post. i was always partial to Apache Chief myself. i think you blew a golden opportunity to do more with this image and make it more dynamic as well as more realistic. i know its all 3d but the composition kinda makes it look like a manip [not that its a bad thing], i mean none of the characters are reacting to the other and there's no interacting with any props. i dunno maybe its me but i always base my critiques on what i would have done to make the image better.

Well, it may have started out a bit part on Harvey Birdman but it grew by the end.
