I really like the blue dragon, the psy knife effects, the colors of her suit. I'm just wondering if she's wearing high heels or on her toes for some reason. Beyond that, the pic is so dark that I can't really make out her hair.

Yup. Cool stuff. Nice simple (and badass) pose, good job with the costume, cool effect on the psychic knife. There's a nice trace of serene badass in the facial expression too (or am I reading too much into it? ). My only niggle is that the background is rather busy and glowy and draws the eye away from the character a bit.
