Cool looking character with an intriguing backstory, as usual. Not a huge fan of the rectangular... things over his abdomen. Kinda clunky looking, though I suspect they'd look better drawn (a la Punisher).

He looks a bit like Cobra Commander... probably not a coincidence, given the snake motif.
