Excellent work, I particularly like the underlighting on Bat's face as well as the way Bats appears to look down to the streets while Supes looks to the sky.

Niiiiice. Technically fine, of course, but what really makes this image is the way both men's peronalities inform their respective pose, expression and lighting. Excellent stuff!
