I would have to agree with what was said. THe powers could use more "OOMPH" The lightening looks like a limp noodle or streamers

Man, you got a lot of great things going on here! It really all starts with those 3 strong poses all coming at each other with a great sense of attraction and opposition! The texture and color choices give it a good sense of style and I like the lighting too. For the most part, the FX look good too although I think stronger FX for the higher woman might read better. Those multi-colored lightning bolts look a bit like she's flinging pasta at 4 arms but everything else looks very strong!
