Side note...Tartaninja makes an appearance here, though not in part 1, and a mysterious absence of Winterhawk?

Easily explained, folks...note the sign on the wall.  Clearly the Tart was "occupied" whilst Winterhawk announced the dancer.  And now, WH had to go...
As for his outfit being retro...well, Tart's new avatar suit was being cleaned, but accidentally got delivered to Daffy Duck when it was done. (watch more cartoons , folks, it's a real episode reference)
And a missed credit from part 1...
The McDeath Cheap Vodka is CLEARLY a rip off of the fabulous MsV's work.  So props to her for that idea.  PS, that's Jr's liver being blown out his back.
Moral of the story...Don't tick off DrunkenDragon, or he'll have his bevy of babes butcher ya!

I think what would have been a funny touch to an already good image, would be to have a death of Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil.
