I'm gonna set up Character Presets and save them to have access quickly to the characters when using them in art.

Now here's where I can use the input. The Darker SH, the Lighter SH, or

Lighter SH with the darker SH body or Vice-Versa?

Frankly I prefer the build of the one on the right, hate the hair on both [that tinted purple/green hair just doesn't look right on any Hulkish character to me]..as for the skin texture, not really crazy about either especially if you're gonna have the Hulk standing right there in comparison. Her skin skin texture/color should be something close to his IMO.
