Optimus Prime!... Again, just playing with light and structure.
Another in a series of drawings I've created through playing with coloured pencils on black card.
I've adjusted most of these on the PC after photographing them with my phone, as the texture of the paper I've been using has proven an impediment to a decent scan.

Cheers Dack! The orange is an illusion...
The technique I've been developing with these "red" ones involves laying down all of the lighting in white and then adding the red atop the white where it's required so that it pops more vividly against the black.
Although this one also has some light blue in Prime's eye, you could actually say that it's a red and white pic seeing as the black was there before I started.

I'd say cool B&W but there is orange and red in there too I think?

Well then I'll have to double-down on my appreciation! Many thanks brutha.
I'm slowly working things (like lighting) out.
