Re: Oni Kataki: Planeswalker Nope. Rounded up, because of the "all planeswalkers" He does damage to himself as well. (Sort of a Hail Mary, last ditch effort to turn the tides in your favor kind of thing) If it were worded all other planeswalkers then I could justify the round down.

Have you play tested it?
The middle ability seems like it should be rounded down rather then up as then you would occasionally have players a different play style.
Currently, you play it and then instantly play the -x for 3 and do two damage to everything.
If rounded down, I think it would stay on the board more often then not.
