Wow! You've been busy!! I can't believe you managed to crank out 3 pieces for this! Nice buildup to this AWESOMENESS!! Really a great idea to go with the old west on this one! Everybody looks terrific and a really cool re-interpretation of that West Coast Avengers cover! Poor Rhody got turned into a horse! Of course, every good western needs a horse! Outstanding!

OK, so I started this render based on Issue #1, 1985 series West Coast Avengers.


But then I find out that this group DID actually go back to the Wild West in issue #18 of that same series...
So I guess I unintentionally ripped off the idea, without knowing it. My apologies for that.
Anyway,
Kid Mockingbird with twin pistols, Wonder-Gun-Man, Hawk's eye (with mo-HAWK), and Little Striped Mountain lion (as Tigers were unknown to the westerners back then...) shown here accompanied by Iron Horse.
The Tombstone Blacksmith in the background is a nod to the issue f which I spoke, in which WonderMan is sent to Tombstone to get parts to repair their time platform or something...
Anyway...
now I really know I'm not funny.
