Re: fiancee seduction Not sure how a dangling shoe would have been an issue.
All you would need to do is parent and fit the shoes to the model before posing, After the pose, un-fit the shoes (This should keep them in the same position) then it is a matter of just manually rotating the shoe and hiding the other one.
