WOW! That is some great picture.
You cant really tell what it is in the thumbsize picture in the gallery but once you open...wow!

I like how you used the original costume for Frost; old school is always the best.

Very cool! (pun intended) I like the monochrome look. You might have made Frosty herself stand out against the background a little more, but she's very well rendered. Here's a cold one! (Also intended!)

Done in Photoshop 7 along with the eye candy filters,

The background pic was a webfind and the model is
from another pic I had. Her pose was already great
so the only frankensteining I did was changing her hair.
After painting the model blue her dress was made with
the smudge tool.

The ice covered ground and clouds were done with a
tutorial I found here
http://www.dwphotoshop.com/photoshop/
then I added the icicles to the background pic with the
wind filter. The snowstorm is a combination of the noise
and twirl filters and the energy effect from Frost's hands
was made with eye candy's corona filter.

I spent almost as much time trying to fit Firestorm into this
pic as I did manipping Frost, but couldn't get it to look right.
Guess I have to save that action scene idea for another day.
