Quote: one question how did you create the cape? I stole it. It was a Supergirl cape on Mandy Steele's site I believe. The cape going back over her shoulder is made from scratch (painted in Photoshop) and I applied a noise filter to match the texturing of the 'real' cape. |

I always liked this picture and costume! 
Maybe if this costume was used in the Birds of Prey TV series Maybe it would still be on?
