The boots and the rest of the costume probably wouldn't be made of the same material so they wouldn't be equally reflective. As for the top and skirt being unequally shiny the top by her right shoulder is quite shiny almost as much as the skirt. The light source is coming down from that direction (parallel or slightly behind) so her stomach area would be pretty much in shadow thus not as shiny. Maybe you agree maybe not but that was how I saw it.  |
