You need to learn the Delete Anchor Point Tool, it's the one with the little - sign on it. On the Path you used on the inside of the letter J, if you had removed the points that made the angles you would have had a smooth circle.
Also, you need to ease up on the intensity of your dodging and burning-don't get me wrong, you are on the right track, but the shading from shadow to highlight on her left breast, for instance, is too abrupt. There needs to be more gradiation.
I hope that makes sense, feel free to ask for more elaboration.
