Overall I like this picture. I think it looks cool.

Besides the tattered looking wings I think the sword effects look odd. It looks uneven.

Welcome to Heromorph!
Interesting, but I have two problems with this pic.
One: Her midsection seems warped painfully. If you did that to swing her hip out, I can see why you did, but I think it was overdone.
Two: The way the edges of her wings were cut, it makes them look tattered, like she might've been in a fight recently, and may even be missing feathers. I know she isn't, but it does kind of look that way.

I do consider this an improvement over your previous pic, I like your choice of base elements better in this one.
