This is Polaris wearing the costume designed by Dave Cockrum when she first showed up as a pawn of Eric The Red in X-Men.  I'm big fan of Cockrum's designs (he did the elegantly simple navy/red/gold Ms. Marvel costume as well), so that the route I went.

It looks like catwoman's costume. I really loved that outfit. I'm not familiar with this one on Polaris, though. As usual...GREAT work.
