This image is part of another challenge as well, the one at the Wizard's Lair, where he picks the photo's and you need to make something out of it. So the photo didn't include the top of her head and she was already holding the belt around her torso (presumably to cover her nipples). I decided to turn the belt into a quickly rigged tourniquet by adding the tear in the costume and the blood.

Is the belt cutting into her side, is that why she's bleeding, or is it supposed to be a tourniquet? Looks painful, one way or another...

Why is the top of her head cut off?
