I agree that it was really poor casting, but I rolled with the punches to make the fake :)

as for the morph, I originally had it transitional (which was quite easy as the layer was essentially a wrapper over the body that I liquified), but I dunno, I didn't want it to seap too much into the emblem, which is what would've happened.

This is really good, especially the four superimposed as the shadow.

I would have liked to see the invisibleness as a more gradual effect. Sure it would have been a little more difficult to do but it probably would have looked cooler rather then the binary on/off.

Not a slag against you casting but Alba doesn't seem to me to be the definitive Sue Richards. I picture someone more along the lines Heather Kozar. Maybe it????????s just the hair?!?

Also is it just me or does the head seem too big. It????????s a common thing to say with a head swap. Once again it could just be me!

 Re: The invisible woman
@brick well, on this one and the rogue one, I first fake the celebs head onto a matching nude body, and do all the necessary level tweeks to the channels in RGB mode. I then extract the entire form, mask the extraction, then clean the edges and place it on a BG. In this case I wanted something like a brick walls o I just googled it.

For the painting of the clothes I use a series of plain colour layers which I then group multiplied and overlayed channel copies to.

For the invisible portion, it was just a matter of liquifying the background over the area I wanted using a copy of the green channel in the freeze channel, then overlaying the channel again in the same fashion as above with the plain layer of colour.

That's a simplified run down, I could go on for pages

 Re: The invisible woman
thanks for the warm reception. I actually don't have too many "hero manips", my PS manipulation roots are in celeb faking, and when I posted some of these on one of the fakir boards I post at, someone suggested I come here so I followed the link.

I've become more interested in this kind of stuff lately, and you should expect to see more of it. I'll also post some of my older stuff, but these are my two most recent.

cheers
