This is the first pic on this site that left me breathless and sitting for hours studying what you've done. I'd love to see the PSD on this just to track your method. Excellent job all the way around, dude!

Another one I thought I tagged, but aparently it snuck by. It really is a great piece and I can see what hawk's talking about with the hair. Personally I thought she was enjoying a lil free fall before she got back to flying.

Great sense of motion on this picture, the hair does look a little too painted compared to the rest of the picture but it is still fantastic.

Great job Mic.

This is great!
I agree with all the previous posters. Brilliant idea, and the girl looks perfect for this pic.
But now... just to keep you grounded... I'm gonna complain a little
I'd like to see a bit more detail on her hair.
I'd also like to see a bit darker shadows on parts of her costume. I't looks a bit 'flat' in parts. Maybe a bit more 'shine' to the highlights? (or maybe I've just stared at too many of 4F's pics )

ditto on the accolades Mic!
We dont see enough pictures here that use forced perspective.. it really adds alot to the overall picture.

 Re: rogue
I personally love it when artists take the time to draw heroes who enjoy flying. Despite the fact I hate heights, it'd be great if more artists took the time to express the joy of moving freely in the sky.

Or they should be like Ralph from "The Greatest American Hero" and hate it.

Anyway, keep up the good work! She looks like the ultimate expression of freedom.

This is Fan-frickin-tastic! I really enjoy the simplicity of the image and the apparent joy she has for flying... This is masterful.

... and it looks great as my wallpaper
