Dragoness was once a member of the Mutant Liberation Front. She is a mutant with the power to generate bio-electric blasts of energy. Dragoness also once possessed a set of bionic wings that allowed her to fly.

I haven't seen any manips of this character, so, here is my interpretation of what Dragoness might look like. I didn't really like her helmet, and I am not sure who the model is either.
