Her name is 'Maggie Morph', my creation and version of 'Lady Heromorph'.  What clothes she's wearing is kevlar based and she is enhanced.  She was genetically augmented to the peek of the Human condition and has cybernetic implants to enchance her genetic augmentations.

Thank you, bmh1954. She was originally going to be Lady Heromorph, but I couldn't do the leather straps covering her nipples. So, I created my own Heromorph character.
