Looks like you got a few smudge marks on her costume there. Was the base image wearing a bikini? If so you probally need to lower the pressure on your smudge tool next time you do one.

I learned this the hard way... The costume follows to close to the body. It should be raised above the body from a little above the bottom of the breast to a rib or two down to give the impression of... You guessed it stretching.
