Check my "World Tour..." series. He was one of the first characters I did.
And I found DN when searching for characters for that series. Then later got to speak with his creator and been visiting his website to read more adventures of DN since...

This is pretty cool, dude!
I've been following his adventures since I did a manip of him awhile ago and I think you did Dark Nebula justice.
Just one little thing: you should have used some power effect on his arms to hide the 3D look, in my opinion.
Other than that, I like it.
