UPDATE: Added the 1975 Harley and worked in some wrinkles to the uniform and jacket.  There were some clean ups as well.

Been wanting to tackle...um... maybe that's not the right way to put it but.., this character for a while.  The fear was the amount of black/dark blue in the uniform.  I tried to get around that by doing a night/dusk scene.  The application of textures to both the jacket and corset, I think, helped as well.
Another problem was finding a good model for BC.  I did not want to pick some teen-something for her, I wanted a more mature woman.  I think I found her.  A few picks of this lovely will be in the cookie jar soon.

Model: Vicki Vette

Thanks everyone for your comments and critiques, and if Walley comments I know I have arrived. It was his work, in part that inspired me to do this stuff in the first place.

I do thank those that have rated this pic as well, I know it is not a 10 but is it really a sub 8 manip? I do thank you for your honesty, it is the only way any of us will improve.

Besenidru,
By size do you mean the picture itself or the model. If it is the model, then it would man changing my overall style. I like doing scenes, a story within the picture if you will. The model is, in my opinion, just a single component of the overall composition. If it is size of the overall picture, that is doable.

I do agree on the lighting and shadow critiques, especially for the model.

Good job, History! I really like it when folks try Black Canary around here and you've produced a nice addition. Keep up the good work.

Ok buddy you made a great piece!
Just are few things, in my opinion you should work.
But firts lat me talk about the good points.
First of all a good choice for the model, and the motorcycle.
The clothes texture are good as well.
And the scenary is very well too, remember of her JLU adventures.
Now what you should work( just in my poor opinion ) is about the size, bigger would be really better, and you could work more on the shadonws, and ligths on her, and in the motorcycle, and put some shine on the motorcycle, to appears more to be a metal "skin".
Embraces, and keep fighting evil!!!!

Great model choice. looks like you may have tried some paths here. The texture is a bit flat, but there are some great techniques to improve that.

I like it, I think it is really good. You have improved a lot since you first started posting and great model choice.
