The Batman is about to learn that if you corner a cat you get scratched. The Bat and Cat portion is my own art. I snagged the background off of Yahoo. The background is really two parts: the rooftop and city. I believe it's Chigago, which is appropriate since some of "Batman Begins" is being filmed there.
