Hawkman from DC Comics.
I had this image dancing in my mind for the last days.
Finally got to put in paper.
Still a bit lack of pratice but overall, I think it looks OK. :)

Thank you, Thayne_LuC.
I will try to find some of those for my next attempt.

While on vacation. I said rapidograph to the guy at the art store. He took me over to the area that have Kohinoor rapidographs. You can do amazing work with those pens. It just requires that you take amazingly good care of them so that the ink doesn't dry in the pen tip.

As an alternative he showed me some MICRON pens. He said they do the same job but are disposable, you don't have to worry about the mess, and are a hell of alot cheaper. I myself bought a .2, a .3, and a .5 mm

I like the .2mm and the .5mm, I can get some seriously tight lines and cram alot of detail in. And then do a nice thick outline or shadow.

Thank you for your comments. I'm glad you like it.
This was only my 3rd drawing in almost 15 years. Well, not counting one or two skechtes I did recently. I'm a bit out of practice at it.

I think you'd benefit from different sizes of technical pens.

Can you recommend any good ones?
Thanx.

I like the mood you set. His weapon looks a lil warped, but that's not the main focus. I think you'd benefit from different sizes of technical pens.
