I hated the bat cape too, didn?t  turn out like I wanted. So here is Supergirl from my HeroMorph triathlon entry with a normal cape and inked, to the best that understand inking, hey its my first attempt at it

This is much better. It still looks like her skirt is too loose and could fall down at any time but that's just nit picking.

You've done the first part of inking, the second part is to add the shading.
Make sure you use different width ink pens where appropriate.
