You are getting your stories mixed up, MsV. You're thinking of "ish #4". This is 161 (See cover art). She is doing the voices for the other (two) stoges.

O.K. Lemme get this straight -- Harley Quinn (who already has multiple personality issues) is now impersonating Barbara Gordon, Batgirl, and Zatanna...and has seduced two animatons of the (Three) Stoges. BTW the "Batman Adventures" cartoon series had an interesting villian where the mannequin controlled the puppeteer. What next? -Curly saves BG?
