Re: Evil Queen The face was drawn with maximum possible resemblance and with some aesthetic improvements. It was the last thing done and it was drawn on the separate layer when the rest of the picture was already finished. The face was drawn from this picture. And here's something like work in progress. |

Re: Evil Queen AFB, if I hadn't seen the drawing, I almost would have sworn that this was a "face-replace". This is really good! Is her face drawn, or is it a photo placed in the image? Either way, a 10 from me.

Re: Evil Queen Im sorry that I answer and comment here not too often, its because I got no regular internet connection. My drawing technic: Firstly, im doing pen scetch, then scan it and in photoshop I do all the colouring work. If I want to do comic-style illustration, I make solid b/w outline on paper, then again, scan it, clean and doing all photoshop colouring. Usually I use only two layers, one for outline and one for colour, and 4 usual rounded brushes with different settings. |

Re: Evil Queen I think Android means that you don't explain your technique or anything in the description section. I think I did see you respond to others who've asked tho.
Personally, I love this pic and wish I had the skill to get that much detail. I think I might be able to push myself to get close with a pencil. But I'm nowhere near this with colors.

I really would like to know how you made it.
Do you use a model to draw? Did you finish it with computer?
A beautiful image, AFB! I don't know if it's only me but I would put some gold here and there to enhance the flame intensity...
