I don't know if this is a first, or if it's even "legal" to this site. Yes, it's a mural. Well it's comic art and it's been taking up my drawing time. I used an airbrush + hairbrush technique. I did a Jack Sparrow on a friend's  kid's room, and figured I could use my own house to build up a portfolio! Hope you all like. It's pretty life- size. Here's a link to see a pic of me next to it to get an idea of the size ( my identity is hidden of course)http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g116/lastcandybar/spidey003.jpg

ah...yes "hairbrush" I get it.... I use that method too, as well as freehand stencils and at times a razor.

"hairbrush" is just my way of saying I hand painted too. The web on his suit and the one he's hanging off of.

I would think it was perfectly legal, even if you wre making money off of it...which you're not on this one ( don't be a fool boy, charge people for this kinda stuff). This is pretty kick ass and as a fellow airbrush artist (among other media) I know just how hard and time consuming this had to be. One thing though, where's the hairbrush come into play here?

What comes to my mind is, you just know that eventually they will destroy this by painting over it, or a new owner comes along and doesn't want it, or whatever. It will be a shame to see it destroyed. Can you take a wall with you when you move?
