Charles Xavier's worst nightmare. Painted in Adobe Photoshop. The background was done in Photoshop vectors set to different blending modes.
Based loosely on a combo of Famke Janssen X3 and the comic book version. That skull looks vaguely familiar...

Well let me begin by saying that's a nice peice of artwork you have accomplished here. But.. like I expect and hope for from my fellow artists here at this site I have to say atleast for me it's not pleasing to the eye she has a very manly jaw structure the eyes are imbalanced the whole blurr effect you chose just doesn't compliment the figure..again I enjoy this site because it seems as though we all strive to do our best and here we can take critiques with a level of maturity on our hits and our misses please this is not an insult it's simply a critique.

What is a Photoshop Vector? Photoshop isn't a Vector based program... so you have me curious.

All that aside... this is pretty freaking cool. I like the skull a lot.
