The translation is 'Look me in the eyes', and the image that inspired it is 'She-Hulk' #11, page 11, panel 2. Very loosely based on that image. The pose just screamed 'Look at my breasts.'

I'd love to see what the original pic looked like cuz this one's pretty damn good.
