Re: Adoration I think this is very forward thinking. In an issue of Ultimates, Captain America began doubting God. Fury even made a joke about the situation he felt he, himself, was in related to God. It's a subject that the comics are dealing with as much as we as individuals.
I think that you need a bit of work on your proportions, but the idea is solid and the composition has merit. Keep working and your God given talent will only improve.

Re: Adoration I don't see an issue with this image at all. For one, it's well drawn and I don't see a problem with it having personal meaning to the artist. At least DAGhoul was honest about what it meant and Ghoul wasn't trying to force anything on anyone. Faith is faith. If you don't agree with those beliefs, then just appreciate the art as simply art. Still, please try to respect the faiths of others.
Anyways. Well drawn, and it would be neat to see a colored version of this sometime. Maybe more of a background, too? I assume from your description that he is kneeling to Jesus as he was on the cross. A background reflecting the setting of that event would definitely add to the image as a whole and back up your meaning to the image. Other than that, great drawing!

Re: Adoration One of the great things about Heromorph is that people can post pretty much whatever they want and people can choose whether or not to view pretty much whatever they want. Lets not turn this into an issue.

Re: Adoration hey, if no one wants to read anything you don't have too. it's not like i'm forcing anything down anyone's throat. it's posting. if people can post images of heroes fornicating / committing adultry, why can't Christians post images of heroes bowing before God?

Re: Adoration Agreed, my point exactly. I don't come to Hm to look at religious pics. I come to look at superheroe chicks possibly naked.

Re: Adoration Are your personal beliefs really something that needs to be discused here? Because I really don't want to read them.
