Yeah... what he said.
I don't really have a problem with this, so I can't tear it apart like you asked.
It might be a little flat. I think it needs more highlights on the skin. Also, her boobs are pretty lopsided! All in all it is a good coloring job!

I like this. but the white belt....looks like you either forgot to color it or wanted to pass it off as "flat white" maybe go with black for the belt. on the High lights on the skin brighter in areas to give it more of a shine or gleen.
