Digital Coloring using PSP X2. The original drawing was saved from eden.dreamcrafter.com a few years ago I think and may have been Jason Chan but I can't get to the site to confirm.

I think I saw some of these being produced as Vinyl collectable toys on a TV Sci-Fi news Program report,
they become expensive collectables real quick because of the low numbers made?

I don't know who this character is but I like the picture and it is a great coloring job.
