ODST: Hi Very body!, its been a while.`I have been so busy with work
for the past few weeks, I had been working on our Trade-show putting
together slide-shows/flyers and other stuff. I had come across this Gem
of a model made by Nate rogers, I asked Nate if I could use it in this
comic project. Nate was kind enough to let me:) Nate is a very talented
artist and if you have a chance check out his work, all you have to do is
google his name and you will find him;) On that note Nate has asked me not
to hand out his model, so please dont ask becuse I wont. I have had the
model for about 3 weeks, there where a few issues with the rigging but I
think Ive got it down. I then started working on the maps, Not to change
the model but to get it to look like the rest I have. I also ran into an
issue with the maps, being they are so Hi-res I found out my machine could
not handle rendering at the res I usally render at:( so I have to get a new
one very soon. I usally find ways to work around things like these but it
comes down to hardware in this case. Anyway these characters are still in
the wip stage, as I plan on adding much more detail and character to them.
I wanted to give you an idea as to how this comic project will unfold,
as Ive promised a few pages a while back:( I am still gathering Characters
that are going to be in the story. Im in the process of building inviroments
and for those who dont know its alot of work, Im also working on the main
bad guys as at the moment I have very few:( Maybe Ill find another talented
artist who is willing to let me use his/her models? Im working on it. So in
short Im about 65% ready, I have a goal and level of detail im tring to reach
and its coming along but I wont compermise this goal. I can say this, when I
have the main characters in place I will put the first few pages together and
post them for your review;) Ok this is almost 3 weeks of comments for me!..

Ive also gotten some feed back and some still think these are screen shots,
these images are built almost from the ground up and are not screen shots that
have been touched up in photoshop. I have a pretty heavy work-flow eg. process
and Im always trying to improve it, but becuse Im one person with limited time
and resources this project will take some time. I am driven by my passion as an
artist and inspired by Bungies ability to create such a grand and brillient story
and indepth amount of talent in design on all levels to give us HALO..

ODST:Ghost Hi everyone, I hope you all have had a great X-mas. Ok this is one of my first att at bringing elements together, the BG is a photo I had taken. The reason is 1.) taking photos is by far easier then building every 3d element in my enviroments. 2.)This frees up time;) so that I can focus on characters and elements that are needed. Im a one person show as you all know:)
I have a few Im working on, Im still in need of some Elites. I have asked a few guys who had modeled some pretty great looking Characters, but no reply as of yet,fingers crossed;) The ODST models are by:/ Nate Rogers Thanks Buddy:)

Off Guard: Hi everyone, Its coming along;) My buddy Blackbirdi asked me to put more into the background stuff, so I did just that:) Ive add some Volume light, aswell as just a touch of cell
work. Also this is one of the Characters Ive been
working on, his name is still up in the air at the moment. Im thinking of doing a one pager on the main characters, having the final page blend into the main story. The story on this image is our character had to slip away (nature calls) and in doing so, slips under the radar from a small Covenant hunting party. PageTake_01: Hi everyone! On this post I wanted to put a few things together:) just to give you an Idea as to what the results will look like. Now being I have to compress the pages to 500kbs and holding res and clarity, that's a process on its own. I'm also starting to play with flow and placement of the panels, This is where I'm lacking I know. I can see where the editor comes to play, also a script would help a bunch:) Anyway I know this isn't the best page, but I am working on this stage of the process so that is a step in the right direction:) I'm also thinking that posting the panels separate and then the page might show that there is detail going into these, I hope you like the results. Hi everyone, I know I said no more Halo, but with all the hate mail and yes with good reason!. I thought Id keep my promise, So what I will do is this. I want to get into doing full pages, So from this point on Ill be posting pages not single images. On that note I want to ask if there is someone in the community who would be willing to write the story, I suck at writing and my spelling is even worse!. I have the whole story in my head but really would like the writer to have full creative control, It would be a collaboration and would get full credit for his/her part. I also want to thank everyone who has helped on this project, its taken almost 2 years to get the content needed. This was made by the community there for its for the community. Pan3: Hi all, ok 3rd panel for Page2. Still working on a few techs, in hope's that my style will come out. These are some better mapped models as well the spec maps have been worked on I hope you think they look better. Everything rendered in 3dMax. Also looking forward to doing some action fighting stuff iching to try some FX stuff, anyways I hope you all like

Also the FX's are still rough, I render a few shots then choose the one best suits what Im looking for. This is also the first render of the Elites, so Im just getting to know the models:) anyway Credits: Darkvibe for all the models in this shot, tweeking the maps and rigging Me. Camera angle the amount of characters, Ive started with some of the post FX's to.
