Well, I think this is the last of the Spidergirl pics. This one just basically manipped itself. Alot of mine seem to do that. Anyway, YES it is dark, but to me, very believable. I promise my next few pics with hush those critics of my dark pictures.
Here we see just a posed shot of her, with a helicopter light shining down on her. I guess shes been spotted.

May is stealthy in her black costume, watching over the streets of New York.
This one was difficult, but it was fun to see it finished. Took me about 6 hours. Most of the time was spent trying to find all the parts. The rest of it was doing that blasted spider emblem. Why do I do this to myself?? Its like torture!!!

| I wanted to do this for awhile now. It was fairly easy to do. I used a texture filter on top of a highlight, then added another highlight over that, to keep it looking real. The spider emblem was just cut and paste. Trying to do one from scratch was aggravating to say the least. But I like this emblem better, because it doesnt go all around his torso. I always hated that part of the design. I hope you like it. ENJOY!! |

I havent posted anything for a while now, and this was just me trying to get something in.HAHA.
I found this awesome base pic on a Russian site, and the background from Google. After some tricks and alot of patience, here ya go.
Peter always seemed to find a nice dark alley to change in before going on patrol, and this pic is very faithful to the comic version of Spidey. There are no raised webs, or fancy schmancy textures, just old-fashioned Spiderman, in his essence.

Harry Osborn has taken his father's place, as the new and improved HOBGOBLIN! Spidey knows all too well how bad Harry wants him to pay for the death of his father, Norman Osborn. And with Harry knowing Spiderman's true identity, he must choose between a life-long friendship, or being destroyed at the hands of his former friend. Can Spidey save Harry from his father's demons? Or, will Harry finish the job his father began? We will have to wait and see!!!

| Well, I have to say this was my hardest manip ever, and probably my personal best. I took the idea from a manip I saw on here, featuring Superman,(I hope nobody minds), and I put my own spin on it. This was 3 seperate images to start, all in large format. The original to this pic is HUGE! I spent hours perfecting Supergirl herself, then working in the plane and the background. The overall theme of the pic is cool, but the final product to me is breathtaking! I would appreciate any and all comments that you might have. Gahhh, I tired!!! ENJOY!!!!! |

I don't really know how this came about. It was the base model's pose I think. She was beautiful, but sad looking, standing there holding what looked to be a black wall. So, the birth of an idea came to me. What if Kara is mourning the loss of Superman? And this is what I came up with. The whole pic took about 3 hours.
The statue of Superman came from a sculpture of the Kingdom Come Series. The model came from the web. Anyways, I hope you like it.
