Hello all!
Some of you may remember me and some may not. I've been a member of HM for a long time now though. Never could get into doing my own images for the site since I lack the obvious great talent that all of you have, but I have made a couple of contributions to the Fan Fiction section.
I'm currently most active on DC Universe Online right now and recording and posting videos for the game on Youtube. My channel has grown quite well for that game since it launched and I'm always trying to find ways to keep it growing. One of the many ways that experts and experienced Youtubers suggest to gravitate people to watching your videos is the use of thumbnails.
We've all probably seen the misleading thumbnails of naked women and such that take you to a video showing some kid face planting on a sidewalk or something else completely unrelated.
I've opted for a more related approach though with my thumbnails and begun using some images, mostly Woverine1607's fantastic wallpapers, as my thumbnails for my videos. Needless to say, they have garnered a lot of attention and multiple requests for where to find them.
So, now that my experiment is over in seeing how people would react to them, I thought I would address all of HM to first and foremost see if you all are okay with me using your images in this manner. I see each and everyone of you as artists and would not want to step on any claims to the images that you all produce through your hard work on them and want to be able to give credit where credit is due.
Which leads me to the second part of me addressing you and that is to make sure that if my continued use of your images is permitted that I direct my subscribers and viewers to HM itself so they can see the wonderful artwork you all do here.
Here is where you can find my YT channel so you can see that I'm not trying to mislead anybody with the images that I have used and if you were to check the comments and requests of where I get the images I have never taken credit for them.
