Just another night for the Dark Night.

This is the first in a series of Batman Renders I plan on doing.

Basic figure is DAZ's David. Cowl is from P3DA's superhero pack, adjusted to fit David. Cape is ODS's awesome dynamic cape. Batman texture by me. Rooftop part of Urban Living by Stonemason and the sky background was done by me in Vue.

Comments are very much appreciated, I'm very very new to this. :)

Yeah... and we know how 'real' comics are.

Nice job. Yes, I agree it is a a little dark, but it seems to work.

It is a bit too dark, I agree. I didn't really like the effect when I increased the lighting though. I think that for an outside render like this I would have been best served importing the scene in Vue, which would have opened up a host of options to me, but I'm not very good at that yet. Perhaps with time. :)

As for the chest logo... I created three spotlights and brought them in very close, pointing one at each of his eyes and the other at the bat emblem. I wanted those three elements to stand out, even if it's not particularly realistic at all. :)

Thanks for the comment.

What I can see looks good. I know it is a night picture but it is a little too dark for me. Also I wonder what is the light source for the bat on his chest?

Overall pretty good.
