Not much I can add that hasn't been said elsewhere. Only thing I'd change is not the texture itself per se, but some of the edging thereof.

The cuffs look nice and sharp, but the neck hole and insignia look a touch blurry, like they need a higher res version of the texture. The LOOK of the texture otherwise is aces all the way.
