There are flying bullet props along with the projectile air stream. As for Image editing, I use Paint Shop Pro. Just as good as Photo Shop but a WHOLE lot cheaper on the wallet. I will look through my runtime to see what the bullet props are called.

okay. didnt realize you were PS challenged here. Can't think of much by the way of 3D props that will give you the results you seek. I might suggest trying different light sources to bring Cap out of the shadows more.

I wanted to add some effects like bullets ricocheting off of his shield, but I'm having a hard time finding good props to do that. Any suggestions? I don't have photoshop. Are there any other programs similar that would work good? Thanks for the comments, they really help.

yeah this would be cool for a dark and moody image..but i thought you were going for action and excitement here. youve totally lost Cap in this one. Nope. not working for me!
