Pretty cool. Nice design, very smooth and sexy. I like the pose too.

The smoke doesn't really work, though... too thin flat and monochrome. If you're using something along the lines of Photoshop, there's ways to make it more layered and varied. Just google "Photoshop smoke tutorial" for some ideas.
