Re: Firefox ***UPDATED*** Yeah, I think I got the size of the point lights about right bit I left a little to much intensity.

Re: Firefox Welll a little better...but it seems like you just eliminated one FX issue and created another one. The lit eyes are a bit distracting. you have to be careful when using pointlighting. it creates great lighting effects but sometimes it can work against you. Still I like the fact that we can see more of your character this time.

Re: Firefox You know I kinda thought some of the same things myself when I was working on her but it was late and I was getting tired and sleepy so I went ahead and posted her. I'll prolly revisit this one over the next few days and do a remake that solves those issues.

Re: Firefox Yeah, what Star said. The power effect is a bit much, and quite obscures the character. Plus on a technical rather than aesthetic level, it doesn't seem to have any effect on how she's lit...

Re: Firefox Firefox huh? I just recently renamed my character who used the same name. Looks like you got caught up in gimmicks and effects on this one. The fireball effect overshadows the entire image. not only does it wash out alot of the colors but it also covers up a majority of your character. one thing ive learned in my years of comic work is that its always best to make the initial presentation of a new character as simple as possible. you can always go back and do a more dynamic or action-packed image later.
