Having a more faded costume is an interesting idea. Thanks for explaining it. As to your 2nd point, you're just rationalizing there. The fabric should be every bit as in focus as the rest of her. If I can clearly see strands of hair on her head, the fabric should be equally in focus.

I wanted a tye die look to make it different than other flag waving characters. AS a fabric viewed from a distance it also wouldn't be razor sharp. Thanks for comments

I agree with Star... the flag texture looks too blurry but she is still a great looking character. Well done.

cant say im overly pleased with the flag texture [im assuming thats a flag anyway] on the uniform but this looks good.
