Celestial Elves, unlike many other elves they have few ties with nature but still maintain strong magical powers, their cities are Gigantic Spires vast and impressive by any standards.  Technology has been almost completely replaced with magic in every aspect of life, even the youngest Celestial elves have some magical ability and Celestial elves boast the greatest magic schools known. The Celesti Empire is one of the more vast empires spanning hundreds of worlds...some of which could not support life until being terra-formed by Ancient magics now long forgotten, or at the very least well guarded.

kinda weird seeing a elf in ancient clothing in a futuristic setting but it sounds like a very good concept.
