Re: The Black Spectre This image was reupped because I had to change the title...I actually didn't think that would be a major update. The name Black Spectre was already taken by Marvel Comics and I wanted to avoid any confusion with other comic characters.

While I understand what you trying to do here and like it. It still comes off as a figure in shadows rather than a shadow figure. Shadows are two-dimensional and actually have no physical form to accent contours. [let alone visible ears. oops] BTW. did you upgrade this image? i'm curious as to why it's on the front page again

Re: The Black Spectre the lighting really sells this and at the same time kills it as well. if your intention was to introduce a new character..this doesn't do it for me unless this is how he always will be viewed in shadows...but then i always feel that when a new character is debuted he/she should be as visible as possible.
