Overall its pretty good. Can't say I'm too fond of the filter used. Photoshop has an 'action button' that allows you to transform images to look like old time photos. Might have been a better choice here or maybe a Sepia tone. Still. I like it.

i put it through a colored pencil filter to flatten it out a little
its based on old pinups

Not sure what you were trying to achieve with what looks to be alterations to the Bump/Displacement on her skin. It comes off looking scaled and or just plain dirty.
